All we ever hear about is how merchants are not allowed to impose a surcharge for paying by credit card, but somehow it is OK for the government to do it. They even brazenly admit that it's a "convenience fee". What a joke. But I'll take whatever I can get as far as eliminating stupid DMV fees. One down, a bunch to go!
